Invite Users
Organizations are made up of users. A user can belong to only one organization. Every user is able to log in to and perform actions such as downloading certificates for their devices.
To invite a user to join your organization, go to the user list page and click the button.
Create a Network
Networks are used to connect your TAK apps (iTAK, ATAK, WinTAK, etc.) together. Users and devices connected on the same network will be able to see each other in real time in the TAK apps. You can create multiple networks to isolate groups from one another.
To create a network, go to the network list page and click the button.
Assign Users to Network
Users need to be assigned to a network so that when their devices connect to , their data can be routed to others on the same network.
- Navigate to the user list page.
- Click the button.
- Select the network you'd like to assign the user to, or click the X to unassign the user.
- Click OK.
Connecting Devices
Each device needs to be enrolled — given a unique Client Certificate so the server recognizes it. The fastest way is to scan a QR from inside the TAK app: from the inventory, open the device card, click Enroll Device, pick your platform tab, and click Generate enrollment QR. WinTAK and TAK Tracker take a few extra manual steps.

Once you complete the steps above, the users assigned to the network should be able to see each other when their devices are all connected.
